1:1 COACHING FOR MEN
YOU KNOW WHEN YOU’RE CAPABLE OF MORE.
The question is what you’re going to do about it.
You can have a good career, a family, friends, responsibilities, and a life that looks pretty successful from the outside — and still know something isn’t right. Maybe you’ve gotten comfortable. Maybe you’ve lost some discipline. Maybe you’re going through a transition. Maybe you’re succeeding in one part of your life while neglecting another. Or maybe you can’t even put your finger on it yet.You just know you’re not showing up the way you want to. That’s where we start.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
NOTHING HAS TO BE FALLING APART FOR SOMETHING TO NEED TO CHANGE.
Maybe :
You’ve gotten too comfortable
You’re going through a career or life transition
You’ve stopped taking care of yourself
You’re struggling with consistency
Your relationships aren’t getting enough of you
You’re constantly busy but aren’t sure you’re moving anywhere
You’ve accomplished goals but aren’t sure what’s next
You’ve been putting off decisions you know you need to make
You’re spending too much time distracted
You’ve lost some confidence
You keep telling yourself you’ll start “next week”
You’re succeeding professionally but neglecting yourself personally
You simply know you’re capable of more
Most men already know at least some of what they need to do. Knowing isn’t usually the problem.
Doing it consistently is.
WHAT COACHING IS
WE’RE NOT GOING TO SPEND 12 WEEKS JUST TALKING ABOUT CHANGE.
We’re going to work on it.
Coaching with me is straightforward. We talk honestly about where you are. We get clear about where you want to go. We identify what’s actually getting in the way. Then we start doing something about it. I’ll listen. I’ll ask questions. I’ll challenge your assumptions. I’ll call you out when you’re making excuses. And I’ll expect you to follow through on the things you say matter to you. But I’m not going to run your life for you. The goal is to help you become more intentional about running it yourself.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
YOUR LIFE DOESN’T FIT INTO ONE BOX.
Coaching is individualized around what’s actually happening in your life.Areas we may work on include:
DIRECTION
Getting clear about where you’re going and what deserves your attention.
DISCIPLINE
Doing what needs to be done even when motivation isn’t there.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Turning intentions into commitments and commitments into action.
CAREER
Navigating transitions, decisions, growth, dissatisfaction, or what’s next professionally.
RELATIONSHIPS
Being more intentional about the relationships that matter.
HEALTH & FITNESS
Rebuilding routines and making your physical health a priority rather than something you continually postpone.
CONFIDENCE
Building confidence through action, competence, difficult conversations, and keeping promises to yourself.
TIME & PRIORITIES
Making sure the things you claim matter actually show up in your calendar and your behavior.
PURPOSE
Getting clearer about what matters beyond achievements, titles, money, and checking boxes.
LIFE TRANSITIONS
Navigating changes in career, relationships, family, identity, or stage of life.
LEADERSHIP
Becoming more deliberate about how you show up for the people who depend on you.
These are areas we may work on, not promises of specific outcomes.
YOUR CALENDAR TELLS THE TRUTH.
You can say your health matters.
You can say your marriage matters.
You can say your kids matter.
You can say you want to build something.
You can say you need to make a change.
But eventually, what you actually do with your time tells the truth about your priorities.
That’s not about guilt.
It’s about getting honest.
And once we’re honest, we can start changing things.
12-WEEK 1:1 COACHING
TWELVE WEEKS. ONE-ON-ONE. BUILT AROUND YOUR LIFE.
Real change requires more than one conversation.
My 1:1 coaching begins with a 12-week commitment so we have enough time to identify what’s happening, create a plan, put it into action, deal with setbacks, and build momentum.
YOUR 12 WEEKS INCLUDE:
12 private 45-minute coaching sessions with Kevin
Initial assessment and goal-setting
Individual coaching plan
Clear weekly commitments
Accountability between sessions
Between-session check-ins
Progress reviews throughout the 12 weeks
Final progress review and next-step plan
INVESTMENT
$2,100
12 weeks of private 1:1 coaching.
Let’s talk first. We’ll discuss what’s going on, what you want to work on, and whether coaching together makes sense.
THIS PROBABLY ISN’T FOR EVERYONE.
This coaching is a good fit for men who are willing to:
Be honest about where they are
Take responsibility for their decisions
Look at uncomfortable areas of their lives
Try something different
Make commitments
Follow through
Admit when something isn’t working
Accept accountability
Do work between conversations
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to be at rock bottom.
And you don’t need to completely reinvent your life.
But you do need to be willing to participate.
COACHING DOESN’T DO THE WORK FOR YOU.
You do the work. Coaching helps make sure you actually do it.

I’ve made good decisions.
I’ve made bad ones.
I’ve procrastinated on things I knew I needed to do.

I’ve had seasons when I was disciplined and seasons when I wasn’t.
I know what it’s like to look at your own life and realize:
“I’m capable of showing up better than this.”
I’m not going to pretend I have every answer to your life. I don’t. My job is to help you ask better questions, challenge the stories you’re telling yourself, create a plan, and hold you accountable for what you decide matters.

FAQ
-
No.
Sometimes a man comes to me with a very specific goal.
Other times he simply knows something needs to change.
Part of our initial work can be figuring out what actually deserves your attention.
-
No.
Coaching focuses primarily on goals, decisions, behavior, accountability, personal development, and moving forward.
It is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, or crisis support.
There are situations where therapy or another qualified professional may be more appropriate than coaching. If I believe that’s the case, I’ll tell you.
-
Once per week for approximately 45 minutes during the initial 12-week coaching engagement.
-
Because meaningful change usually requires more than a couple of conversations.
Twelve weeks gives us enough time to understand what’s happening, take action, learn from what works and what doesn’t, adjust, and build momentum.
-
The investment for the initial 12-week 1:1 coaching engagement is $2,100.
-
We review your progress and decide what makes sense next.
You may be ready to continue independently, or we may decide additional coaching would be useful.
There is no automatic long-term commitment.
-
That’s exactly why the first step isn’t purchasing anything.
Book a 20-minute conversation with me.
We’ll talk about what’s happening and determine whether coaching together makes sense.
THE NEXT STEP
A YEAR FROM NOW IS COMING EITHER WAY.
The question isn’t whether you could change. The question is whether you’re going to start. If you know there’s an area of your life where you’re capable of more, let’s talk. No pressure. No big sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether I can help you get there.
